Looking for a church home...

We are new to the area. We've visited Victory Baptist in Bristol, and found not enough young people. We really like Emmanuel Baptist on Lee Hwy, but are not yet ready to commit. We tried Highlands Fellowship and it's way too progressive. We are looking for a somewhat progressive service but still clings to conservative views, like using the King James version of the Bible. We want a Baptist church, if possible. We have a 15 year old, so something with a dynamic youth group would be great.

Are you still looking for a home church?

Hi, I am Donna Rosenbalm. I attend House of Prayer Worship Center. We are located at 1537 Maryland Ave Bristol, TN. We are a non-denominational church and willing to help others in need. We are very active with the youth. We are also very active in our jail and prison ministries and the nursing home ministry too. We are dedicated to clothing the naked, feeding the hungry, visiting the sick, helping the widows and orphans and opening our doors to those in need. We only use the King James Version of the Bible. We feel that the others have changed Gods Word and He says not to add or take away from it. My husband & I have been active members for about 6 years now and we love it. I don't believe there is any other church out there that shows the love and compassion as this church does. We would love to have you visit and see for yourself. God Bless You.
