RE;AEP
i agree they will be raising them some more..
i have a 200.00 bill to pay.
and i cannot have another payment arrangement until march b/c i was 2 days late making a payment on my other one i made last march when i had a 300.00 bill. I havent called and asked for an arrange for about 5 months and the only reason i called this time was b/c it was due for disconnect on that wednesday however our paycheck would not hit the bank till that thursday. I called and they said it would be cut off around 7:30 am it had to be paid before then.
So i waited and paid it at 1 am and did the check by phone and it didnt come out until thursday . So if you do a check it comes out the next day but our check was deposited and we didnt get a 28.00 fee that was the good news.
They could not wait one day for payment.

Stick it to AEP
I am so upset with AEP right now it's unreal. I wish more and more people would get on board. During the past two storms we had last month, AEP really needs to step it up. I strongly suggest people writing letters-as I have. I'm telling everyone I know--write and complain. It's disgusting how they keep getting rate increases and our bills keep going up and the service goes down. When I wrote my letter-I wrote to the CEO and the Pres of AEP Utilities in Ohio and the District Manager in Kingsport. They are a monopoly and shouldn't get away to it. Write them and fight!
