Kmart's return policy is not good

I don't care much for the Johnson City store to begin with, but be sure if you make a purchase you keep the receipt. Otherwise, you cannot return it or exchange it, no store credit, no nothing. If it is under 10.00 you can sometimes exchange it for the same thing. I got a super ugly sweater for Christmas & am stuck with it. Thanks Kmart!

Its kmart I would not expect anything any less of them..I hope they all go out of business soon and shut down for good...Ours in kingsport took out the grocery section...All the other things are overpriced. everything is always 2-5.00 cheaper at target or walmart. I havent been to ours in quite sometime.

If i were you I would ask whomever got me the sweater if you could have the reciept to exchange so you can get a "different size"
